I wrote about “intelligent design” at length back in March. If anything it’s taken Bush longer than I expected to come out on one side or the other of this issue.

One of my issues with this whole “intelligent design” debate (outside of its intellectual dishonesty), is its goal of being taught alongside evolution. I went to Christian schools until college and they taught evolution in science class and creation in Bible class. I don’t believe in God any less because we were taught both. Why some people feel a need to “sneak” God into the curriculum is beyond my ability to understand.
Didn’t we already do this with Galileo?
